1. Service Performance and Results
At eCommerce Solution Hub, we strive to deliver services, such as website development, SEO, and digital marketing, that meet the agreed-upon project scope and requirements. However, due to the evolving nature of the digital landscape, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes, especially with services like SEO, which depend on external factors beyond our control.
2. No Refunds for Services Rendered
Once the service or project is initiated, no refunds will be provided for work completed. Services rendered include consultations, strategy development, website design and development, SEO efforts, content creation, and any other services provided by eCommerce Solution Hub. By engaging with us, clients acknowledge that resources, time, and expertise have been invested into the project, which makes refunds inappropriate for completed work.
3. Revisions Policy for Web Development
After final approval from the client for a website or digital product, any further revisions, changes, or requests outside the original scope will incur additional charges. Once we deliver the completed project and receive final approval, our responsibility for revisions ends, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate service contract.
If additional changes are requested after final approval, the work will be subject to a new quote, and extra charges will apply based on the nature and scope of the revisions.
4. Service Cancellations
If the client chooses to cancel services before project completion, any fees paid for the work done up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge for all completed work, including consultations, design, development, or marketing strategies, whether or not the entire project has been delivered.
5. Post-Completion Maintenance and Support
For clients requiring ongoing support or maintenance after a website or digital project has been delivered and approved, separate maintenance contracts are available. These contracts will outline the scope of post-launch support, such as updates, security checks, or technical troubleshooting. Any work outside of the agreed maintenance scope will incur additional fees.
6. Project Timelines and Client Feedback
We work closely with clients to adhere to agreed-upon timelines. However, clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals during the project. Delays in client communication may lead to extended project timelines. Once the project is completed and approved, we will not be held liable for delays or missed deadlines caused by the client.
7. Additional Changes or Work Requests
Any new features, design changes, or functionality requested after the completion of the original project will be treated as a separate project. These requests are subject to new quotations and timelines, ensuring we maintain a clear boundary between initial project delivery and future updates or changes.
